Used Book Buying Policy

  • The Attic Books & Coffee considers a wide range of titles as donations and purchases for either Book Credit or Cash Back from our customers. Rather than list all the books we accept, it is simpler to list what we do not accept.
  • We encourage everyone to go through their collections according to the following guidlines before bringing them in, this will save you the labor of carrying in books we can not purchase from you, and keep your wait time to a minimum.

The Attic does NOT accept:

Ex-Library Books

Condensed Books (Such as Readers Digest or TimeLife Series Books)

Encyclopedia Sets

Book Club Editions (with some exceptions if in excellent condition and of popular titles)

Mass Market Paperback Books

Books in Poor Condition or with Moisture Damage

Children's Books (Unless in Brand New Conditon)

Audio Cassette Books

Magazines

Books of genres in Self-Help, Medical, Health, Politics and Christianity
